Application Checklist

The following information and documentation are typically requested during the loan process:

  • Personal Information
    • Social Security Numbers for all applicants
    • Two year housing and employment history for each applicant
  • Income Documentation:
    • Two year employment history and 30 days of current pay stubs
    • If self-employed, company information and tax returns with all schedules for the past two years
  • Asset Documentation:
    • Bank statements for the past two months
    • Investment account statements for the past two months
    • Life insurance policy – if net cash value
    • Retirement account statements for the past two months
    • Make and model of vehicles you own and their estimated resale value
  • Credit and Debt Information:
    • Credit card account information
    • Auto loan account information
    • Personal loan account information

Information about Real Estate Currently Owned:

  • Property and mortgage account information (for all properties)
  • Home insurance policy information (for the property being financed)
  • Home equity account information (for all properties, if applicable)
